“The Lord God is my strength; He will make my feet like deer’s feet, and He will make me walk on my high hills” (Habakkuk 3:19).
On August 2, you read our very first blog entry. In that entry I shared with you the exciting new vision that God has called Yah and me to in the nation of Liberia through Christian Leadership Training International (CLTI ). Since that inception, friends have written and asked, “How is the new faith journey moving forward?” In this blog entry, I am writing to satisfy your curiosity! There is an old saying that says “If you want to go fast, go alone, but if you want to go deep, go with a team.” Of course, CLTI wants to go “deep.” The Lord has been faithful, and has provided some wonderful people to work with us. Meet our faithful and dedicated team:
Sulaiman Dauda, Treasurer
Tonzia Buor, Communication Coordinator
Louise Jaeschke, Web Manager and Content Coordinator
LuAnn Boots, Donor Services Coordinator
Duane Schonenberger, Networking Coordinator
Jay Skinner, Advisor
I look forward to sharing all the good work this team will be accomplishing but want to share a large first step. After the establishment of our website, we have set up online donations to be received through PayPal. This is very significant as it makes giving very easy and speedy for our partners.
There are now two options for you to give to CLTI ministry
- Give online via cltinternational.org. Click on the “Donate” button and follow the easy steps.
- Write a check and make payable to CLTI, and mail it to 5143 Graywood Ct. Indianapolis, IN 46235.
To celebrate the launch of this ministry, for the first 100 supporters who give a gift of $50 or more, I will send you a signed copy of one of my books:
- No More War: Rebuilding Liberia through Faith, Education and Determination
- Vision, Valleys, and Victories: Growing Liberia International Christian College
If you donate online, please complete the contact form with a message indicating which book you would like to receive. The books are very compelling and tell details of the core of the stories of our vision for rebuilding Liberia. Also, the books overflow with lessons on how trusting the “Author” and “Finisher” of our faith can allow us to move mountains in Liberia through education, entrepreneurship and discipleship.
