The Buor Family Reunites with Their “Grandparents”

Sei and Yah and the whole Buor family were thrilled to travel to Holland, Michigan this week to visit with their “grandparents,” Dr. Gordon and Mrs. Margaret Van Wylen at the Freedom Village Retirement Center. Dr. & Mrs. Van Wylen were among the first to welcome the Buors to the United States when they first arrived from Liberia, and a very close friendship was formed. The Van Wylens took Sei and Yah and the children under their wing, and the Buors have had the benefit of the love and wisdom that the Van Wylens shared so freely. God bless these two wonderful people!

Just a reminder that the first annual CLTI Banquet is on Friday, November 10.  It’s not too late to RSVP, so if you plan to come, please let us know right away.  You can 317-772-8190, or email your response to NovemberBanquet2017@gmail.com.  We will enjoy a great African meal, and hear about the work of growing new, Christian leaders for Liberia.  We would love to see you!
