Besides his role as founder of CLTI, Dr. Sei Buor was a co-founder of United Liberia Inland Church Associates & Friends (ULICAF) and of Liberian International Christian College in Gompa, Liberia (LICC). He was the founding President of LICC. Dr. Buor’s received his PhD. in

educational Leadership & Policy Studies from Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois.

Mrs. Yah Buor has used her skills and experience as an entrepreneur to help dozens of women in the Gompa area to start or improve their small business ventures.

Dr. and Mrs. Buor have devoted their lives to bringing quality Christian education to Liberia. They have 5 grown children. Sei and Yah reside in Nimba County, Gompa, Liberia.
