As 2023 draws to a close, I want to thank you for your financial support, prayers and engagement with CLTI this year! As I reflect on the amazing ways God has worked through CLTI these 12 months, I am inspired by everything we have accomplished together for the betterment of Liberian youth. But I am even more inspired by what those contributions mean for our future.
The quality of education at RICA has changed my perception of education. Instead of focusing on conservative learning which has to do with abstract learning; where student cannot see and touch what is being taught. We are introduced to modern learning materials such as white board, computer, modern library and science hands-on practical are also carried out to enforce learning. We have a very conducive atmosphere for learning where students are comfortably seated and are always kept engaged.”

In 2024, our immediate focus is on two major projects, the academic building and the multi-purpose cafeteria building.
Academic Building: The academic building is filled with more than 400 new generation of leaders for Liberia every year! This building includes a modern science lab, classrooms, two computer labs, robust library, and offices for staff, administrators. The cost is $250,000. Today, we have raised $200,000. We need $50,000 to complete the work. The tasks before us are interior and exterior painting, installation of ceiling on the upper floor, completing the science lab.
RICA Academic Building
Multi-Purpose Cafeteria Building: This building will provide dining space for more than 400 students, 28 instructional staff and support staff daily, chapel service, graduation hall and for the larger community gather.
The cost is $155,000. Today, we have raised $100,000. We need $55,000 to complete the cafeteria. The cafeteria is our newest ongoing construction project. The tasks remaining are interior and exterior painting, flooring and floor titles, ceiling work, windows and doors installation.
